I'd like to say thank you to the staff at reception and especially at the restaurant and of course, the cleaners team as my last reservation was spotless. We did feel welcome and the friendliness of the staff made our day more pleasant. It would be more convenient in the future if management acted upon feedback from us customers; the lack of EV chargers in the hotel garage could be easily improved. This is second year in a row when nothing was done about this; other than that all positive. Well done!
