Great hotel situated in a very calm and beautiful street, 15 min from the city center by public transportation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the young receptionist. Good breakfast buffet. There is a very nice garden, as well as a swimming pool and a sauna. You can park your car in the convenient hotel underground parking for 10€.

Highly recommended if you're in Dusseldorf!

Clean and comfortable. Stuff was so kind. They forget to charge us for the breakfast, then even when we reminded they gave us as a gift. Highly recommended.

Clean, and enough.
I went only to sleep and the room was clean the first day.
Small TV, desk... I didn't use them.
The girl in reception is really nice and made a good job ????????

Luckily stayed only two nights 25th till 27th Sept 2021 and Sat night was hell, thanks to the loud music from the neighbouring house that lasted till 3.30 am. Even though the hotel claims to've 24 hours service, no one was at the reception, but got finally connected to the woman on duty, who was at home and claimed not to be able to do anything about it as she was at home. The request to notify the police was not taken and nothing undertaken, while the tone was rude as she'd been awaken by the call.

Booked an apartment for two nights. The apartment is situated in the building across from the hotel. Absolutely fantastic. The only negative point I have to make is that there are no curtains, apart from net curtains, in the living room. Which didn't give us a lot of privacy given the time of year. We parked the car in the hotel's garage at a cost of €10 a night. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. A lot of choice and the staff very friendly. Thank you very much for a very good service. The person at reception was also very friendly and helpful. A big Thank you to him, also. Would we stay here again?: definitely!!

Staff is always great, breakfast is legendary, free transit pass with your stay. Only thing I would change is the bedding. Pillows are more like "mini comforters" than pillows, beds are small and hard but that seems to be thethe norm in many European hotels. Otherwise, love staying here

It is a sweet little hotel with everything available. Totally worth it and I loved how helpful the staff are. I rented my car from them for a month. Goes like bullet. Very happy.
