It was really difficult to find the hotel when travelling by hire car from dusseldorf airport. In fact Google map gives the impression you can drive to it which is wrong. It is actually not accessible by car so you need to park in a public carpark and walk your luggage there if you have hired a car. Frank is a great hotel reception person. The Phillipino lady running breakfast is an absolute machine. She speaks good English and her memory of the little things you have (coffee style, ice for water) etc is ????. I would stay again next time but I would taxi there and just ride the hire scooters to get around.

Excellent hotel in top location. The hotel could not be more central and the price is very affordable for the area. Overall, the rooms are very clean and the views are pretty nice. Especially if you have a rooftop floor room like I had. The staff is very welcoming and goes above and beyond for all your needs.
I am looking forward returning to Düsseldorf, there is no need to look any further. Favor it is!

Nice hotel in the city, the only problem is that the taxi can't bring you in front of the door, being in a pedestrian square.
The rooms are confortable and spacious.
Very pleasant atmosphere in the breakfast room thanks to the piano music played.
Wide offer of food but would appreciate some fresh juice, like fresh orange juice that is not included.
Nice and welcoming staff.

Beautiful Hotel bang in the center of all that matters ????. Mini bar included in room price. Breakfast area lovely with piano playing with no one at the keys..
. Located at center of shopping district and located easily for tourism activities. Staff very hospitable...

The location is awesome- in the center of downtown, very convenient for shopping and dining.

We loved the access of the “fitness first premium”- quite large fitness with almost all renowned brands of fitness equipment, from Matrix, Dr. Wolff, Life Fitness ... to Technogym!
Each brand has its own area. While you’re exercising, you can enjoy the view of the downtown square.

The breakfast selection was limited but tasty. Nice atmosphere and super friendly ladies for the service.

Rooms are quite small,but there is everything you need. Safe , minibar.... and the helpful reception!

Where do I begin? Well, first let's say this small but quaint and charming hotel was an excellent choice! Our stay was more than we expected.

Situated in the heart of a fantastic shopping district and close to the Altstadt area where you'll find the best bars, cafes, and shops, Hotel Favor offers an extremely convenient location. Note: although your GPS will direct right to their front door, this is really a pedestrian zone. But don't freak out (like I did). It's ok to stop there to drop off your luggage and check in, but you'll need to park at the parking garage around the corner beneath the nearby Schadow Arkade mall. I suggest you just go park first, and take a quick walk back, as to avoid all the strange looks of people walking beside your car as you navigate your way out. Ha! That wasn't fun LOL

Now, onto the things that really matter. Guest services is very well done here. Lucas at the front desk was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful - a real delight.

Our room was nicely appointed just like the rest of this classically elegant hotel. Everything was extreme clean (you could even smell how clean the room was). The bed was very comfortable and I had an excellent sleep. The linens were high quality which felt nice to the touch, as well as the fluffiest pillows ever!

Now, onto breakfast!!! Just give me a moment. First of all, for the price we paid I really didn't expect much more than cereal and coffee. But when we approached the restaurant to check it out, we were nothing short of blown away by the expansive breakfast bar, complete with specialty coffees, champagne, an array of hot items, cheeses, meats, and more.

We enjoyed our breakfast overlooking the shopping square with lovely sounds of the soothing piano playing in the background.

The final comment is that we felt utterly spoiled by this charming hotel and its welcoming and warm staff. Please give them a visit the next time you're in the area. You won't regret it!
