Worst possible experience of my life. Very rude behavior by the lady at the cash counter.
On 28th November 2020 I had a very bad experience Fossil showroom Schadowstraße 20-22, 40212 Düsseldorf.
Firstly, me and my wife went to the showroom on 27th November 2020 and bought a wristwatch for my wife. While making the payment in the cash-counter, the lady over there requested me to do online registration to become a member. I registered myself on the spot through my mobile. While I was making the payment, me and my wife observed the lady at the cash counter is a bit rude in her behavior. However we ignored it.
We went to the same store once again 28th November 2020 with my family (my wife, son and daughter) to buy 2 more wrist watches for my son. While making the payment, I asked the lady in the cash counter (the same lady) that “Will I get any advantage as I registered myself yesterday.” She replied that, “Hundreds of people come to my shop everyday. I cannot remember everyone.” And she was very rude in her reply. I told her that, “That is fine. You don’t need to remember me. Can you please answer to my query?” She replied me very aggressively, “I don’t understand your question.” Then I repeated my question and also requested her to speak a bit softer. Suddenly she became so angry and told me that she won’t sale watch to us. My son then talked to her and told that,”My father only asked a simple question. Why are you becoming so angry?”.
Then the lady in the cash counter replied to us ,”Now you have got 2 options- either you leave the store or I will call the police.”
Then we told her that, ”This is a complete discrimination and you cannot behave like this.” Then we left the store.
This incidence was very frustrating for me. I was do down for last one week. I couldn’t concentrate on my work. My son, who is only 16 years old, is also very disappointed with the incidence.
