Really disappointed with the way this store managed the moonswatch drop. Many swatch fans - including us - made sure to be in front of the store at 4-5 am last Saturday. What we found was total chaos: a crowd of around a thousand people standing close together and pushing each other, and this in the middle of a global pandemic. A frightened store manager announce finally at around 8:30 am, that he only had 100-150 watches. The situation could have easily escalated at that point, so we decided to leave with great disappointment.

The staff are nice and very helpful, everyday I pass by for the moon watch , they are very organized and they can handle the costumers in professional way and they try to satisfy them.

Great experience! We've been to Swatch stores on three continents and the Duesseldorf store easily tops them all. The staff is incredibly helpful, extremely polite and highly effective. We just bought a watch for my son and the experience could not have been better. I only wish we had this level of service in Dallas, Texas.
