Last week I went to this jewelry store in Düsseldorf for a present for my mother.
We were greeted very kindly, welcoming environment, very nice staff. They sell a lot of variety of interesting watches and jewelry.
We will gladly go there again next time. Recommended to make an appointment.

I often walked by next to the shop and do some window shopping, but yesterday I had the chance to walk inside with the intention to buy a watch. The shop has a very nice atmosphere as one can imagine already from the outside. The watch was not available at the time, but the sales person was very generous and she could show me the same model which was reserved to another customer. Eventhough I could get the watch at the time, I was still able too see it. 5/5 for friendlyness

I visited the shop yesterday and was there for 10 mins with no one bothered to help us and when we approached one of to ladies to ask her a very simple question she said you have to book an appointment to talk to me !! She was very rude and didn't want to help us at all. She was just sitting there spout not being and when we approached her she portended that she is working on her computer! The other lady was sitting as well doing nothing and when we approached her she said wait , poured her self a cup of water and then looked at us and said” yes what do you want “ !!!!

.. I know I won’t be going there again and I suggest that no one else does for them to know how to know how to respect their customers !!!

This week I had an appointment with Mrs Rankl from Rüschenbeck. The experience we had with her and the overall environment and ambiance was just perfect, as it should be. There is nothing to say against. Their professionality and their service is top. My girlfriend and myself were very pleased to be able to meet her. We appreciate every detail and effort you are doing for the clients, because sometimes this is not the case as we may know. So therefore thank you again Mrs. Rankl.

Visited this store last week. Looks nice but the sales woman was very weird. A blonde woman in her late sixties. Didn't want to help us at all. I won't visit this store again.

Last week we made a appointment for a watch, communicated through E-mail and this week we made a appointment for come to the shop and pay for the watch, when we arrive, they said the watch is no longer available. This is just unacceptable and the seller shows no respect whatsoever. It’s just disappointing. I would not recommend anyone come here.

The entire Rüschenbeck team has always provided me an excellent service as well as allocated me the watch I was looking for a long time. Even during the pandemic they looked out for their clients and made a store visit possible. I can totally recommend Rüschenbeck in Düsseldorf.
