The place was lovely - spacious and clean and staff very kind. Challenges were that most spoke only German (not english or french or spanish or czech which were languages we spoke) and weren't as thorough as we thought (it said daily cleaning which did not happen) and there were additional costs for water in the fridge which we didn't expect. But the location was fabulous!

Very nice Appartements. Ist is situatet perfectly central - directly at Neumarkt with the "Frauenkirche". I can strongly recommend it.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Hotelpersonal , dafür gerne 5*. Leider hatte unser Zimmer keinen so schönen Blick nach draußen - diese haben wohl nur die Deluxe Appartements. Sonst aber sehr komfortabel und wohnlich gestaltet. Kleine Anmerkung: ein paar Teebeutel zum löslichen Kaffeepulver gelegt machen jeden Teetrinker glücklich und kosten kein Vermögen ! ;-)
