I had really great experience here. The service was fast and i ordered almost imediately. The stuff was friendly and nice. I had coffee and ice cream and i liked them both. I would really recommend the ice cream. It is a little bit pricey but the portion of ice cream is really large so it's kind of ok. Also the view was fantastic. I can personally recommend this place.

Nothing special and over priced for sure! I've had better Gelato.

They also won't taste test before buying.

Hello. I would like to share our awful experience with the service and especially with the "manager" of this Cafe. We'll,yesterday (19.06.22) unfortunately we've got a chance to be "served" by one waiter and when I asked to bring us the bill one guy came to me and said we have to pay 17.50 euro. I was surprised and asked abt the bill nicely. Next moment he started talking to me very rudely and disrespectful. I had a patience till the moment he went toooo far so I asked to call a manager and (such a surprise!!) He Was The Manger... Well, I would love to talk with the owners and make sure they will teach their stuff how to talk with people. And btw: they do cheat on u,guys (owners) if they do not bringing bills ;) I have a picture of this rude manager.

DO NOT GO HERE. BOTH TASTE AND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING. ALSO FELT THE RACISM.
They were rude to me for not being able to speak proper German - I essentially got confused with the phrase "to have here" and "to go", and they were all very mean to me and my family for not being able to speak german properly. Please do not go here - I felt the racism especially when they were nice to the white people infront of us who didn't even try to speak in german. Also, the icecream and coffee that I had were both terrible. They should just close this store considering how bad this shop is making dresden look which can be seen through their 2.2 rating as of this current date.

My experience from yesterday is absolutely not worth even one star. The stuff is friendly in the beginning, but very rude if you dare to complain. They do not bring even a bill and make up prices as hoc. One of the worst places I have ever visited.

Terrible people are running this shop. They have no clue about customer service or being welcoming. Not to mention the overpriced store bought ice cream and food they sell. Do not go here even if you're paid to.

We got some gelato, when we tried to pay with card they were like "HUH? Kartu??" and told us they only took cash, so we started leaving to search for an atm and get some cash, they started calling us back suddenly telling us they took cards too. Not recommended

They also dont wash their hands before picking up your icecream / anything else you order after taking cash.
