I stayed in a junior suite here for 3 days visiting the Christmas markets. The room was large and clean, the staff helpful and available when needed and the experience was excellent. In addition the breakfast buffet was excellent in variety and consistent in quality. As others have mentioned the location is perfect to explore the city.

Excellent hotel. Service, attitude and friendliness of the staff are without equal! Such a pleasure to stay in this establishment. The breakfast was great with the salmon and a nice selection of meat. All personnel we approached were able to speak english perfectly. The bar tender at the lobby was also accommodative, polite and friendly.
Great location in the middle of the old city and the Christmas markets (do ask the reception for advises and a map).
5 stars well deserved.

Very nice and clean hotel. Bed mattresses good quality. Cuisine fine. Location wise is just superb. Close to many attractions in the centre. I don know why they charge for parking 20 Eur per day extra.

It was a very nice stay. Great location, clean hotel, comfortable bed, big room. We also stayed with the baby, so had additional requests that were fulfilled.
Also I was impressed by spa area and breakfast buffet. Great service!

Comfortable rooms. Good German continental breakfast with lots of choice. Oddly enough the soft boiled eggs were our treat. Balcony breakfast overlooking the Frauenkirche a treat. Polite and friendly staff. Most people only stay a few nights we stayed 9! Evening menu limited and therefore slightly disappointing - a very good meal but we didn't feel we could go a second time.

Great hotel. Perfect location in the middle of Old Town Dresden, walking distance to all the sights. Great location at Christmas as right next to two of the Christmas markets. Newly renovated, beautiful room. Highly recommend.
