The Café has a nice interior. The savory breakfast is well done but the salad hasn't a nice dressing, so it could be improved. Teas are very good too. The atmosphere is cosy and the service is friendly.
The prices though are on the expensive side, but the view of the Frauenkirche may make it worth it.
On the ground floor they have interesting products (wine, marmalade, soap, eau de toilette), optimal for some gifts.

When we went as two women on a sunny day, it was said that the tables under the umbrellas were reserved. Other people sat down without asking but it was not given to us because we were foreigners. There was no smiling face.

Not Good service! Not sure what the buzz is about. We waited at the door and the staff just looked at us all the time and was rude when we asked them questions. Not recommended!

Don't come here for food, it's not at all worth it. I paid 17 bucks for the smallest portion of Gulasch I've ever seen in my life. It was good but very little :(
Edit: I do admit, the food was quite good, even the side salad coming with my food was delicious, and I did not actually complain to the staff about the size of my portion. So, I'll admit my error and revise my posting. I do still feel a little weird about asking staff for bigger portions and I think most people would, there could be a small variant of that plate instead I guess but whatever.
