Scam club…
Paid €15 entry, and were told at the door, at the cloakroom, and again at the bar that the card we are given is loaded with €10 to spend
At the exit we are told we must pay this €10, against all of the advise from 3 different people working inside, and the police will be called if not… and are dragged against the wall aggressively for asking them to call the police for falsely advertising and treated aggressively until finally we give up and pay

If I could give this establishment a 0 I would…Was in town for the weekend looking to get a VIP section for a group of us, in which they were unresponsive when reaching out! We should’ve have known better then. However, we arrived and were denied entry for “dress code” as we watched several other people walk in who were dressed down compared to me and members of my party! It became very apparent that it was NOT the attire we were wearing, but instead the color of our skin! As we questioned the reasoning for our denied entry, other worker confirmed that there was nothing wrong with our attire, which just further proved that our skin tone was not “up to code” their code! The place came to us as a last minute recommendation, however we should’ve done further research as it seems to be a common issue for this place from the reviews below. They should be ashamed at how poorly they managed and operated this establishment. A VERY poor representation their city! In conclusion, I would never recommend Vanity to anyone and am actually thankful that we did not waste any money on this poorly ran establishment!

The worst club I’ve been to in Cologne. A lot of people smoking inside (even after complaining to the security that people is smoking inside they said they don’t care), very empty, smelling very bad, and the DJ was quite bad in my opinion, the music was even lower then the voice of the people so I could listen more to the conversations of others than to the music. It shouldn’t even be a club, it charges you so much money for an awful experience.

ZERO STARS…..I stood and watched them deny entry to BLACK men due to the “dress code”. When I asked about the dress code I was ignored.

The security immediately looks at my friends and I and deny us entry because of my plain shirt. But let’s in other people who are not black with plain shirts. VERY RACIST

Modern club. Mostly open until 5 am. You can meet local celebrities here.
