Hello!
At 27 March 2022 I paid for tickets from Thessaloniki to Dortmund on 1st April 2022 for my Ukrainian family. At my cabinet on name I don`t get any confirmation about tickets at “My Bookings” and by letter on my mailbox with a reservation number.
I has not result at try to get any information from side of Ryanair second day.
I hope a service quality and clientoriented means something to yours of company and my request from any kind communication (twiter, FB, e-mail or review on google services) will give to me result - my tickets or moneyback at short time.
