Rare place to really to sit and to wait confortably. The service is fast and the food have a fair price to airport.

Food was actually ok. We were expecting actual chips to arrive with our meal instead we got tortilla style crisps. Took a while to have our order taken but waitress was pleasant enough. We did not have enough napkins at our table, staff we all at the other end of the bar and the extra napkins were right at the edge of the bar on my side. I decided to step slightly around the bar and grab a couple myself instead of disturbing them when a male member of staff appeared and gave me verbal abuse and that if I needed anything I needed to ask them. Uncalled for to be spoken this way. Will not be back, my advice to anyone is to call at McDonalds for something to eat before going through security.

While the staff is quite friendly and attentive the food is a catastrophe both price and taste wise. All of it is freezer or microwave food at roughly the same price point you can get a meal at McDonalds on the other side of airport security. 9,5€ gets you a microwave burger with meager toppings, the patty is mostly mistery meat and soy protein from the taste of it. It comes with a side of stale off brand nachos without any dip. The whole "meal" is a supper dry affair. Don't waste your money on the burgers, if you have to take something else or even better eat at MCDonalds and grab a beer at Kölschu0026Co.

The chicken burger came out in less than 4 mins, clearly microwaved. The spicy chips on the menu are plain tortilla crisps. Very poor

Do not eat here. We spent 10 euros on a frozen burger and a handful of nacho chips. I would have rather left the gone out of security, eaten McDonalds for half the price and spent the next 30 minutes going back through security. Just such a disappointment.

I cannot judge the food as I had none, but I appreciate the fact that finally Terminal 2 at Cologne Airport has a cozy place to sit down for a beer. You get Kölsch, Becks and Franziskaner Weizen, which is practically all I need. :-)

Got up and walked out after getting blatantly ignored for 20 minutes. After noticing other customers arriving and being served before me, I walked up to the bar and requested to order food, only to be asked where I was sitting and being directed back to my seat. Waited 10 minutes after that and left. Restaurant was half empty...no excuse for such poor service.
