The woman just grabbed the sandwich with bare hands and gave it to me. With same hands she handled money for the previous customer and God knows what else. Very questionable sanitary checks there. When I complained she said "nobody is wearing maks anyway" which is totally irrelevant.

The food and the coffee are ok, but the guy who served us was very unprofessional. He tried to trick us asking for more money for what we ordered. Once we asked for the receipt, he took someone else's one, pretending it was the correct one. ????
It was on 4th of October 2019.

Best coffee tasted during our 10 day stay in Germany. Very tasty hot sandwich, quick service too. Will make a point of returning.

Delicious sandwich. The lady prepares them fresh just in front of you. Recommended the orange juice as well.

Worst experience ever in this caffée. The serving gentelman almost felt like a threat to us. He had an abusive behaviour towards us because we addressed him in english. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour for someone who is supposed to deliver the best of customer service in an international environment. It is unacceptable and the management should immediately train their staff on basic customer service skills and obviously tell them to show their patriotic feelings in their spare time, outside their working hours and in a civilised manner.
The management should really " wake up" and act as apparently this is happening in occurrence, reading the reviews of other people who have experienced the same poor service and unprofessional attitude towards the customers.
