The biggest, most beautiful airport I've been to in Germany. It is at the top in Europe, in my opinion. The airport has many facilities, it has a direct train from the airport to KÖLN Railway Station or other cities. Very cool!

I am really disappointed with this airport! The staff is immensely unfriendly and the whole airport is dirty!! Also for passengers from abroad it is horrible, because the stuff mostly does not even speak English. I travelled quite a lot in my life and was never this disappointed with a trip...It is unbelievable!

The passport checking people ask offending questions, moreover start to review the passport and laugh, which is unacceptable. Hope it will improve.

Probably one of the worst experiences I ever had in transport. First, the train to the airport stopped 20 minutes in the middle of nowhere. After that they announced they would skip the airport stop not allowing us to change until we got to the stop after. At the airport hundreds of people were queuing with a very slow control. Most of them losing their flights. The passport control for the UK had also a massive queue. And then my 23:10h flight was 1 hour delayed. So I got a bottle of water at “bodega” and they charged me 3.50€ for 0.50 cl. This is crazy.
