Nice Italian place with traditional atmosphere and decent prices. The service was a bit hectic and the transition from the 1st course to the main course took forever, even though the place was not packed. The wine list is short but Fabio is always attentive and very friendly.
Apart from the truffle and Parmesan tagliatelle everything else that I tasted was very good. The truffle black dough pizza is a must.

One of the best pasta carbonara I’ve ate in Köln. The staff was very friendly and professional, we had a lovely conversation and our waiter made me and my friends feel like we were at home.

This is one of Köln's best kept secrets and only 225m North of the Hbf station. Authentic Italian cuisine, cooked by Italians (along with all the Italian bolstering from Fabio your host).
I'm Italian but grew up and live far away. I travel the world and stop here every 2 years for a meal (or two or 3), with friends/colleagues/business professionals and all would tell you the same.
From the atmosphere, to the home kitchen attitude within the restaurant. You owe it to yourself to see why many of the world's biggest names pop in here from time to time.

Ps. The tempremental staff is the joy that it is and obviously misunderstood by some.
Rarely will you find yourself in an Italian ristorante of this size and not be Shhhhs'd by the staff.
This doesn't happen here. E veramente una gioia qui!

Good food and service. Price is average. If you like Italian food, it is a nice place to go.
