The place is very central next to the cologne train station.
I’ve ordered pastrami and unfortunately even though the taste was good, pastrami wasn’t as good as they used to have in their old place few years back.
The service and stuff was very friendly.

Their Pulled Pork Bowl is insanely good. A former Texan living in Cologne really appreciates some good bbq meat. Their menu is innovative, refreshing and with great quality ingredients. A great option when you want something quick but don’t want to eat something unhealthy or fast food. I go every week! ☺️

What’s to say really? This place is one of the best BBQ places that I have been to in Germany. The flavors and textures are right where they need to be and the sauces are perfect. Just go. Easy.

How do I begin. The onion rings and fries were cooked to perfection. My partner and I split a pulled pork and cheese steak sandwich. The cheese steak had a cheese sauce that was absolutely terrible tasting. The beef was thin sliced but tasteless. The pulled pork meat was okay but the Cole slaw on top was very spicy and sour tasting. The pulled pork was supposed to be like Carolina style but fell short. These sandwiches were very expensive and not worth it. To add insult to injury the drinks are only 200ml/6.7 ounces not nearly enough to was down this lousy food and at I believe was 3 euro a bottle I was not ordering another. I will not be coming back.

Torn between 3 and 4 stars. Their biggest problem is not their problem. Germany is not a bbq nation. So you won't get a lot of customers. So the food can't be fresh. So it sits for hours and it shows. That being said the pulled pork has a nice smoky flavor. They are using a pellet smoker. The other thing that might tip it to 3* is the price. It's a bit too expensive for what you get. But that brings me back to their biggest problem. Not too many customers, you gotta love from something, hence the price

I tried the pulled pork sandwich. It was tasty , but for some reason I couldn't find it worthy of its price. Maybe the presentation (it would look better in a baguette), maybe the not so successful BBQ sauce or maybe the fact that the service chose to prepare first his meal (even we were the only customers). They could do better but till then 4 stars from me.

Awesome place: the pulled pork sandwich was amazing, the beef brisket heavenly. They have awesome hotsauces to make it as spicy as you want. Felt properly American there, staff was very nice. Would definitely go again!
