What a gem of a hotel! The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The location was perfect for the main station, less than 5 minutes walk. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the air conditioning! After a long day on the train, cold beer on our balcony was wonderful. The breakfast was beautifully presented with lots of choice of fresh food. We loved the table settings and it is clear that great pride is taken in making this hotel really lovely.

Really friendly and accommodating service, clean rooms with comfy beds and everything you need. Stayed here after my fight was canceled and I was forced to spend the night in Cologne. Check-in was quick and seamless and I was given a lunch bag (packed with lots of treats - vegetarian at request!) at checkout as I had to leave before breakfast. Conveniently located in a quiet side street and a 2 minute walk from Hauptbahnhof this place ticks all the boxes at an affordable price tag. Would gladly stay here again!

Four stars. Nothing negative, there's always room for improvement. That being said, warm friendly welcome at check in, all staff was very friendly, clean room, excellent matras I might add I slept great, very nice breakfast with enough choice. I can recommend this hotel and I'll certainly be back.

Very basic room. Clean. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast, about what you would expect. Staff very helpful including loaning us a phone charger. Great location.

Comfortable hotel in a great location close to the station, cathedral, city centre and river. Super helpful and friendly staff. Decent continental breakfast.

Good infrastructure and breakfast but VERY disappointed as we were told the parking was FREE and when my wife checked out, the guy charged 20 euros and was rude to her. Not even a "I'm sorry about it" which is the minimum of what a decent hotel would do. We later returned at night to complain and ask for a refund, we were even offered a champagne in return (which is the same as money) and didn't accept because we were going to fly in the next few hours.

We would never stay there again, next time you should charge parking at check-in to avoid this big misunderstanding!
