One of the worst branch in Germany. The staff was so so soo rude and illiterate. They had no sense of talking and whatever we ask for they were too lazy to cooked. Definitely a big no. Better to go in a proper restaurant then meeting this rude staff

They sell in my opinion the most delicious fried shrimp with a yummy sauce you can leave around because they put it in an edible container so birds can eat it

Overpriced food. Rude staff.
To reapond to Nordsee's email, I did not make a note of the staff name that served us. We did not speak german but tried and she got annoyed and did not attempt to hide it. At one point she took her phone out whilst we were trying to speak to her. In the end, we just ordered for our son as we just wanted to get away from her as quickly and politely as possible. The food did not ressemble by any stretch the picture. The food was dry and poorly presented. Not worth well over €10. The lady at the till was much more pleasant. I just assumed that given the presnet economical context, people would be happy to see tourists... The restaurant round the corner was very welcoming and we had a great lunch there whilst not feeling unwanted.

Bad service and bad food. I understand that you should not expect much from fast food service but the attendant at this store was especially rude. The fish was drowning in oil and the lachs sandwich, which was cold, took over 10 minutes to be ready. I must say that I have had great experiences at Nordsee but this was a specially bad one.
