Great ice cream quality (5 stars!) but really bad service and unfriendly staff (at least the one who served us) hence only 3 stars on total

I read first that this restaurant did not have good ratings, but we still went there because it was close to the area we were shopping. And then, not much to say. Completely standardized Eiscafé. Except the service is no good (you seem to bother the waitress and all of their colleagues). My wife and I also don’t like to be adressed in English (and with difficulty) in a non-english speaking country only because we look - let’s say - international and don’t match the local standards as a couple. Trust the rating and do not go there.

Unfriendly staff. We asked to move to a free table in the schade which we couldnt. Promised to close sunscreen but didn t do. Pigeons are dropping things on the terrace
