Went in wanting to ask for a Rolex. They put me in the waiting area for 20 minutes. The next customer that walked in was immediately taken up, even though I was still waiting. Seems if you don’t have grey hair you aren’t in their target group or important enough to be given attention. Never again, rather go to Wempe where they actually know what service is.

Frau Lepartz konnte sich nach drei Jahren an meinen vollen Namen erinnern obwohl ich (noch) kein klassischer Stammkunde bin. Ich war mehr als überrascht. Für mich ein eindeutiges Zeichen das man hier nicht nur eine Nummer auf einer Warteliste ist.
