I told them I will dine in but they gave me the order in a bag. They said they stopped using trays ????????????. Unbelievable! And the tables are pretty dirty.
The service was quick and the staff friendly. The products were OK, sort of similar to other BK places.

I wish I can give 0 stars.
I ordered and paid with one of the many machines near the entrance. Then joined the queue of more than 60 numbers waiting before me... my number was not even visible on the waiting screen and it took it 10 minutes to appear at the bottom.
This shop is absolutely short-staffed and bad-managed.
They let you order and they prepare the food then let it get cold on the rack behind them. They then would start filling the bags for the orders (dine in or take away, all get bags). Then when they have like 20 bags ready with the cold hardened food inside, they release them to the angrily waiting customers. And that's how I got my "fast food" 32 minutes after full payment...
Burger was cold as room temperature, bun hard that needs a drink to swallow and the cheese like rubber... you would expect that from a burger that was prepared more than an hour ago...
And I can't describe the messy crowded loud environment. I felt like I was begging for the food, that I paid for...

They could turn off some of the ordering machines on extra busy times, and slow down to be able to handle the orders rather than doing this. Or hire some extra staff. The kitchen was smoking all the time, while 3 employees were stack-filling the orders. You can smell burnt oil from the 1st floor up, not to mention the ground floor where the kitchen is...
Never go there or recommend it, or you know what, go once to fully understand how I feel...

Missed a drink on the order then delivered the wrong drink, no trays, bloody hot and no toys with the kids meals. Employees look not interested in anything. Lettuce on the long chicken was everything but crisp.

Dirty, sticky. Very crowded and we had to wait for an hour to demand our food to receive it. System were broken but staff didn't say anything. Only once there were about 20 orders ready did they start shouting numbers. Order was wrong in the end, but we didn't bother anymore.

It is very crowded and the tables are not clean.
The worst thing is that when you want to order a burger with the machin, you have to select a drink and fries, there is no option to skip it and you have to buy burger with poor quality fries and drink.

Long waiting time and no tables to eat at the store. Upper floor was closed for a reason at 7pm. Very hot with all the people gathered at the front.

Waited an hour for our food, had to ask several times where it was and couldn't even get an apology. On top of that they forgot several items in our order. Now I get that it was really busy but an hour is ridiculous and when I waited in line the till worker just skipped over me and started helping people behind me. This was by far the worst burger king I have ever been to.
