While trying out some shirts, my own (used) clothes got stolen however there were camera’s, security and lot’s of employees. Nobody could help me and the answer was that this happens everyday en they can’t do anything to compensate.. What kind of store is this? We are paying customers... So I was standing there in my tshirt and had to buy a new pullover and jacket to leave the store. Great day! Just don’t visit Zara they don’t bother about your safety and personal stuff.

The prices on the product wrongly labeled as lower than the ones at the register. Very dissapointing.

If I had a chance to give this Zara store zero star I will undoubtedly pick that.
Rude customer service!
I had an allergy to one of the products and when I wanted to return the item they almost shout at me in the meanest possible way
Telling me that I just knew before I buy the item
While I didn’t know I had an allergy to that until I bought it from Zara so how could I know!?
No answer from the rude manager.

Not recommended to buy anything from this store.

I always love Zara! but I need to say would be good to invest in some kind of air conditioner or something for summer or hot days, it gets really warm when full... :/ I even can't imagine the employees having to stay there in that heat for so long... but besides this is definetely big and with maany options♡

Unlike many other Zara stores this one actually follows the new concept of a more spacious shopping experience. Unfortunately that space is usually taken by the extreme amount of shoppers on the weekends. So I'd recommend going during the week. It's clean and bright with a large number of changing rooms so waiting times are not that long. The checkout however is usually quite slow. That's the only critique I have were they could actually improve.

I was in Köln so many times but never went to Zara. But I was really impressed by this one because of its space and high security measures with men in Suit ????. Usually stores are packed with so many clothes but in this one it was airy and big enough for one to screen the items easily.
