Adorable authentic Italian restaurant. Makes you feel like you're in Tuscany. Cozy candle lit decor. Great spot for a date, but also good for large groups.

Worse service ever had! Apart from extremely expensive ( one antipasti, a pasta and 3 beers for 50€), they had us one hour waiting for an antipasti, they had us another 45 minutes waiting for a pasta dish... when complaining, the chef appeared and told me to shut up and not complain because he was working "for us", then went back into the kitchen shouting and telling me to shut up again.... I have never been treated like this in my entire life... will never go back .

NOTE: This is for the La Vita Ristorante in Bonn. Kessenicher Str. 165, 53129 Bonn, Germany. Somehow the address got changed.
DON'T ORDER THE TIRAMISU! I was going to just order a pizza and salad but saw roasted duck breast on the menu and thought I would be a little adventurous. I waited almost 45 minutes but it was pretty good. I then thought I would splurge and order Tiramisu and a coffee. That took about 20 minutes and what I received was NOT Tiramisu. It was a bowl of sloppy cream (I think) with a little bit of cake and a few pieces of chocolate. When I asked the waiter if this was Tiramisu he proceeded to bs me that this was a DIFFERENT KIND of Tiramisu because families come to the restaurant with kids…??? It was not worth 1 EUR let alone the 5.50 EUR they charged me. That plus the 3.80 EUR for a .41L draft Pilsner beer means that if I am in Bonn again I will definitely not be eating at La Vita Ristorante.

I love this restaurant even though you won't find a pizza. Mainly it's nice because of the ambient and family atmosphere. I was also allowed to sing and join at a table spontaneously.

Good Italian food, but certainly not exemplary. Where they truly fell short was on their extremely slow service. We waited an hour for the bill.
