Lovely local bistro. We had a very nicely prepared meal. Outdoor seating was nice on a hot summer night. Service was professional and attentive. It was obvious that there was a local loyal clientele, if I was a local I would be a regular also ????

Wonderful twist on comfort food! We opted for having another starter as a main because the menu presented to us was simply irresistible. The seafood and fresh produce were high grade. The scallops and prawn in our dishes were perfectly cooked. It was a pricy meal for Köln but the prawn on my tuna tartare alone was worth it.

The food is simply amazing. Nice Rioja Wine , Carrot Soup with Rose Fish. I would really recommend it. Price can go from 40+ pp. Waiter was kind enough to explain the Menu in English.

My husband and I visited Hase this weekend, after being recommended by a colleague. I am incredibly glad that we did. It was the highlight of our trip to Cologne.

Our waiter was a true gentleman, describing the menu in such detail, ensuring we had ideal wine and food throughout the evening. From the pasta, to the venison, to the halibut, to the cheeseboard, to the complimentary desert wine, everything was perfect.
He recommended a fantastic wine which we cannot wait to drink again.

So German Italian is close but also different from US Italian. Great experience
