Absolutely wonderful hotel. I arrived quite earlier than the check in time and my room was already ready, which I really appreciated. The staff at the reception were fantastic, so kind and helpful and in a great mood. The room was just great, very clean, comfortable bed, everything that I needed was there. The conference room for our business meeting was also perfect. I would give even more than 5 stars :)

Excellent service throughout our trip. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Would definitely return. The hotel bar and restaurant, The Pigeon Post was amazing, cocktails were fantastic and off menu requests were accommodated, food was very good quality and the customer service was the best I’ve received at any hotel.

This hotel was very nice. Breakfast was good. The towels had to be changed when I got there as they were not the cleanest. They offered me a drink voucher for the inconvenience, however I didn't use it. I requested they swap for the breakfast I paid for instead, and they agreed. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. If stay here again. The location was great.

Location is awesome, 3-5 minutes walk to the main station, cathedral and river front. Nicely maintained. Room and Hotel was good as any new Hilton property. Bar was great

Clean, large, and comfortable room. Breakfast was busy with River Cruise folks, so be sure to give yourself some extra time. The parking garage spots are limited, 32 Euro a day, about what you'd expect (or less) for the location. Very short walk to the river front, train station, cathedral, shopping and dining.

It's near main transportation. it's easy to walk to attractive places. staffs are friendly. various food in the breakfast. various equipment in the fitness. the single room is big for 1 person. I will stay again if I travel in cologne.

They are so accommodating, friendly, and clean! I absolutely loved everything about my stay. Their breakfast was amazing too. Strongly recommended!
