I had a very bad experience at the store yesterday. I bought 136 euros last month. Yesterday, I came again with my friend and shopped there. Again, the security guard stopped us and told us to go to their office, but six people went to the office with us and they started search our bag and my child's goods without permission and they were not even wearing gloves. But they spoke rudely to us. I will never come back to store agin. Our children from yesterday crying .

Lovely department store with anything you can ask for. It is still one of my favorite things to do when in Germany as it reminds me of the pre-mall days back home. Only knocking one star off as I wish they had better signage to guide you to different departments.

It’s summer/ hot my daughter went into this Galeria Kaufhof Neumarkt wir her Kelvin klein bra u0026 jacket . No tshirt on ( girls trendy nowadays) guess what
When my daughter was coming out of the store one of the watchman followed her u0026 said the Calvin Klein bra she had on was from the store. Mmm , the bra have no label because it was 2 weeks old, can you imagine! The stupid security guy took my daughters phone to call me to confirm whether I bought the bra for my daughter . Is this normal? Galeria Kaufhof Neumarkt! Shame on the security men u0026 women working for you. My daughter was searched all over a 13 old girl . you dark skinned monster employed at GAleria You thought my daughter is a thief ? I am coming on saturday with her, I am going to expose you shameless man. I have always shopped at Galeria without problem
