I am giving 5 stars because of the amazing customer service of one member of staff. I am really sorry I don't remember his name but he was working on the afternoon of Monday 3rd April in the running shoes department. This is a salesman who is not interested in selling you expensive things you don't need, he is a very knowledgeable person who listens to the customer and helps them find a shoe that is right for them. I have never had such good assistance in a shop, got a really good pair of shoes that I am extremely happy with and now know I have a place to go in Cologne where I can trust again for more shoes. Thank you!

Die Mitarbeiter in diesem Laden sind eine reine Katastrophe eine gewisse Frau Kochem die in der 1 Etage war hat mich auf meine frage nach dem Produkt 3 mal durch den Laden angeschrien .

Als ich sie drauf aufmerksamstes gemacht habe das sie sich am Ton vergreift ist sie noch lauter geworden eine absolute Unverschämtheit .
Ich werde nie wieder bei Karstadt oder Kaufhof einkaufen und werde jedem davon abraten diese Geschäfte zu betreten .

Machen sie sich mal Gedanken über ihre Mitarbeiter .
