Nice cafe with good selection of cakes and backed goods. Coffee itself is okay. Great to relax while shopping or just taking a walk in that area. Toilet at the premises is not free to use but takes 50 cents, was clean. Gets crowded on weekends and outdoor seating options available.

Delicious product but not so much alternative compare to other becks in Cologne.

The price is acceptable. Because the location is center of the city.

I went to have breakfast and in addition to my vaccination certificate, the attendant also asked for my passport, even though I live in Germany and I have a German certificate. First and last time I come to the place. It's surprise me that for the time I was here, besides her not wearing a mask covering her nose, she also didn't ask for anyone else passaport. It is not allowed to ask for a passport in Germany in backery or restaurant.

You have to pay 50 cent even if you buy stuff....
Food was good but I wouldn't go there again, what kinda bakery makes you pay for the toilet if you buy coffee :/

The staff refused to take my order because she only took take-away orders (which was not indicated anywhere). And the reason for it was it’s too much work for her to walk to the coffee machine (which is 2 meters away????????u200d♀️????????u200d♀️). Ironically, another staff whose counter is further away from the coffee machine was taking dine-in orders all the time. So rude.

Nice bakery and good place to have a breakfast. Good selections of bread, bread rolls and sweet pastries. Tea and coffee. They have tables inside and outside if the weather is ok. Heating outdoor tables. For a simple breakfast break roll with cheese and tea I paid 4.20 Eur. This place is one of many from Marzenich in Koeln.
