I was there for honeymoon 6 years ago, really good memory. Hope the pandemic is gone and can go back there again.

This was my first time trying Kölsch. The experience started good, we were drinking the beer in front of the shop and enjoying ourselves. Then a staff named Akkaya come and told us that part is close in a very rude and disrespectful way. I respect the rules but do not tolerate that kind of behaviour. The beer and other staff was good but that incident ruined the experience for me.

It was worse customer service. Today, I saw waiter being rude to one Asian guy who was sitting in-front me (p.s He was alone). Waiter slam his back while passing menu where the guy had to ask 3times for a menu. He even got a random food at his table which wasn't his; the waiter didn't even say sorry. I didn't even wanted to give 1star;also wouldn't go back again.

We bought our beers from the store from a kind staff. Then we decided to sit on the chairs. Then the waiter named Akkaya asked us to leave the place in a very rude way, saying those tables are closed, scolding us like kids and when I asked him to be kind to customers, he kept talking rubbish instead of apologizing.

Fruh Shoppen is typical German Bierhalle with restaurant. Wurst, schnitzel other traditional food you can get there. And of course local Kolsch - beer with small glass. All the time cold and fresh.

The rudest waiter i have ever seen in my life, and the rudest person i have ever met in the whole Europe, name written on his name badge, Akkaya!!!

Chilled restaurant serving classic German dishes by jolly waiters who look like they love beer a little too much ????
A very nice place to experience real German food and humour. Price is reasonable!
