Bavaria am Dom has definitely not Bavarian food. I’ve travelled all around Germany and Bavaria and I can assure you that the Käsespätzle that I order here was not even close to the Bavarian Käsespätzle. Besides that the service was good, prices were fair and the food tasty.

Great food and atmosphere. Great selection of local german foods and a specialist Bavarian menu. If you was the BIG steins. That's 1 litre of golden nectar. Ask for Maß (pronoused Mass).

Great food, great beer. Staff very friendly and spoke good English. If I come back to Cologne I would definitely eat here again

It looks nice from the outside but don't go in! Horrible music and only possible to pay cash, in what century do these people live? Also, the server sat down with what looked like a group of friends when I wanted to leave and pay and kinda awkwardly had to stand and wait, pretty unprofessional if you ask me. The beer menu wasn't at all what I would expect from a place branding themselves with Bavaria, and the interior was also messy and irrelevant.

I could't have asked for a warmer welcome to Colgone than I received here at Bavaria Am Dom. I was greeted swiftly and so warmly and was proceeded to be set up with my laptop so I could work whilst dining. The owner himself took care of me and offered the absolute best service. I really was blown away by the whole experience! My food was delicious, beer and coffee was delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. When in Cologne, you must go here!

Very nice Bavarian restaurant.

I eat there on a regular basis.

Nicest view directly straight on the Dome.

Very nice handmade „Original Wiener Schnitzel!“ made from veal!

Also the „Haxen“ and the Gulaschsuppe or the Steaks and Chicken Salad are very nice.

You even get Bayrische „Weißwurst with Obaza and Prezels “

The waitresses are beautiful, like if you are in Bavaria! ????

Will always come back!
