Situated in the heart of city with nice view but bad quality coffee and cakes, ice-cream is still ok. We have order profiteroles with coffee and pancakes with fruits profiteroles came as wrong ones with bad quality and cream the pancakes/ crepes came with frozen berries which is not acceptable and Cappuccino that we had was the worst ever, any simple milk with coffee would be much more better . I don’t advise this place unless they make real changes

Nice people great location near the Koln Dom. lots of flavor choices. Indoor and people watching outdoor locations. Huge menu with waffles and strudel. Clean ample restrooms downstairs. Just next door to the Fruh beer restaurant beer hall

Gellato is just tasteless ice with artificial flavoring (although my friend liked her mint and caramel cookie) my tiramisu and sour cherry was horrible (made me sad). On top of it, they had an empty terrace of 15 tables but claimed we can’t sit if we get gellato (although the place is called Gelateria you can only take it for take away). We told the guy we need to take some seats for our luggage cuz we had to go get some cash from the atm (cash only for the ice cream, another downside). He was almost timing us, very thorough in making us leave although, empty terrace. Would not recommend! You’re better off with ice cream from Rewe.

Gelato was good but the staff will rudely tell you you can not sit at the tables in front of the cafe even after you buy their gelato.

Horrible place. Bad drinks. We ordered fresh orange juice and brought bottle, almost white one.
Waitresses very unpleasant
