I did the MTB Basic Course.
Siggie is a very nice and skilled person. From simple balance training to riding corners to the right braking technique and some first uphill and downhill rides with lots of explanations all over the different parts of this training, she had a really good way to get everyone from zero to riding!

After all the dimensions (bike and rider) had been precisely determined, a few adjustments were made, which at first glance seemed small:
Saddle replaced, saddle height and offset readjusted, stem angle and handlebar position optimized. Siggi always took a close look at how I was sitting or riding the bike and corrected it if necessary until she thought it fit. For an even better riding experience, other grips and insoles for my cycling shoes were recommended to me; I have both now in use and the first trips behind me. Conclusion: I'm not yet on the road completely without complaints, but there has been a clear improvement. In addition, Siggi gave me tips for muscle training and stretching exercises, which will certainly have a positive effect in the long term.
The next longer tours will show how the feeling on the bike develops and whether I might need an appointment for a refit. It's included in the price, and I think that's really great.
Definitely a worthwhile investment for me, which I should have made much earlier!

Ich war letzte Woche zum Bikefitting bei Siggi und bin sehr zufrieden!
Auf einem meiner Räder hatte ich auch nach diversen selbstgetauschten Anbauteilen keine beschwerdefreie Sitzposition gefunden und auf jeder Fahrt den Inbusschlüssel im Einsatz. Der professionelle Blick auf die Ergonomie war von Nöten.
Nachdem alle Maße (Fahrrad und Fahrerin) genau bestimmt waren wurden ein paar, auf den ersten Blick kleine, Anpassungen vorgenommen:
Sattel ausgetauscht, Sattelhöhe und -versatz neu eingestellt, Vorbauneigung und Lenkerposition optimiert. Dabei hat Siggi sich immer wieder genau angeschaut wie ich auf dem Fahrrad sitze, bzw. fahre und ggf. nachkorrigiert bis es ihrer Meinung nach passte. Für ein noch besseres Fahrgefühl wurden mir andere Griffe und Einlegesohlen für meine Radschuhe empfohlen; ich habe beides mittlerweile in Benutzung und die ersten Ausfahrten hinter mir. Fazit: Ich bin zwar noch nicht komplett ohne Beschwerden unterwegs, aber es ist eine deutliche Besserung eingetreten. Zusätzlich habe ich von Siggi Tipps für Muskeltraining und Dehnübungen bekommen, die sich sicher langfristig auch positiv auswirken.
Auf den nächsten längeren Touren wird sich zeigen, wie sich das Gefühl auf dem Rad weiter entwickelt und ob ich ggf. noch einen Termin zum Nachfitting benötige. Der ist nämlich im Preis inbegriffen, und das finde ich wirklich klasse.
Für mich auf jeden Fall eine lohnenswerte Investition, die ich schon viel früher hätte machen sollen!

Ich war im Frühjahr zum Bikefitting und zur Faszienbehandlung bei Siggi und war sehr zufrieden. Aus den Gesprächen ergaben sich viele Fragen, wie bspw. nach bestimmten Lebensmitteln die unterstützend wirken, die sehr kompetent und nachvollziehbar erklärt wurden und mir dann im Nachhinein nochmal über WhatsApp mitgegeben wurden. Auch danach hatte ich immer mal wieder Fragen zum Thema; zuletzt die Frage nach möglichen Auswirkungen einer zu großen oder kleinen Rahmenhöhe beim Rennrad. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann Siggi nur wärmstens empfehlen...

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Massage. Meine linke Schulter hatte mir sehr grosse Probleme gemacht und so geschmerzt das ich nicht schlafen konnte ohne meinen Arm beim Schlafen über den Kopf zu legen. Siggi Graeve konnte durch gezielte Massagen meine Verspannungen lösen und nach der vierten Behandlung trat auch Besserung ein, so das ich wieder normal schlafen konnte. Auch meine Körperhaltung hat sich verbessert, da ich in eine sogenannte Schonhaltung gerutscht und meine Schulter etwas hing, was sie mir anhand eines Spiegels vorgeführt hat. Für mich war es eine sehr gute Empfehlung und kann selber Siggi Graeve weiterempfehlen.
