Ich trage schon seit einigen Jahren den Schmuck von FAFE. Täglich! Noch nie ist etwas kaputtgegangen, oder bei der Bestellung schiefgelaufen. Die Qualität ist einfach super! Das schon mal vorweg. Nun kann ich aber auch ein tolles Feedback zum Kundenservice geben: Ich habe leider einen Hoop am Strand verloren und mich an den Kundenservice gewandt. Obwohl momentan keine einzelnen Ohrringe verkauft werden, (das passiert in coolen Aktionen alle paar Monate btw) wurde mir von einer ganz lieben Mitarbeiterin manuell eine Bestellung angelegt und somit ein einzelner Ohrring verkauft. Mega unkompliziert und super zügig! Ich kann FAFE wirklich von Herzen empfehlen. :-)
