The suspicion that courses are simply canceled by customers at the expense of time and planning because it is not financially worthwhile for the operators as desired is therefore obvious. Unfortunately, when I look at the studio's responses to negative criticism, I have the impression that it is not handled professionally. Pity!

Leider wurden in letzter Zeit immer wieder sehr kurzfristig, wenige Stunden zuvor, Kurse abgesagt. Die abgesagten Kurse waren jeweils nur maximal zur Hälfte gebucht, das sieht man bei der Buchung.
Der Verdacht, dass Kurse also auf Kosten der Zeit und Planung von Kunden einfach abgesagt werden, da es sich für die Betreiberinnen finanziell nicht wie gewünscht lohnt, liegt also nahe. Ich plane meinen Tag auch entsprechende der Kurse und das ist das einfach nicht fair. Wenn ich mir die Antworten des Studios auf negative Kritik ansehe, habe ich leider den Eindruck, diese werden nicht professionell gehandhabt. Schade!
