Very good Italian Restaurant. Great variety of Swordfish, Lotte, Pulpo and regular pasta dishes! On top they have a great bar with extraordinary cocktails.
On a sidenote: I was a big surprised how big their menu was - they could easily cut 10 dishes and still everyone would find what they are looking for!

We really enjoyed our meal. We tried a few things from the menu, including the Scampi with Avocado/tomato Tartar, Baby Calamari, Orecchiette with Salsiccia/tomato sauce and the Bucatini with Speck, onions and tomatoes. For dessert, we shared the tiramisu (which came with a large spoon to the great distress of my partner (very German) but otherwise was also very good. In contrast to some other reviews we had a very nice/attentive server, who was new so had to check on one of our questions but we are pretty relaxed (except when it comes to spoons apparently ????). Looking forward to coming again.

Lovely restaurant with super friendly staff. Food was delicious (I had spinach u0026 ricotta cannelloni) and the drinks menu is extensive! Nice atmosphere, would definitely come back.

I was very disappointed as they did not have their delicious lasagna. Whenever I'm in Germany, I look forward to visiting this restaurant for the lasagna. What a bummer. The service was excellent as always.

Update to this review - unfortunately, I'm giving them 2 stars with this update. Back in Germany and could not wait to go to back to the Vetrina in the hopes of getting lasagna. Alas, it was the same story. However, this time, I actually ordered it and the waiter took the order but returned 15 mins later to inform me that there was no lasagna. How do you not know this when I ordered it? We arrived when the restaurant just opened so it6 it as though we showed up right before closing. Yes, I was annoyed but after I was forced to order a dish I didn't really want, the waiter's attitude changed. He never returned to the table to see if we needed anything and when clearing the plates at the end, asked me if I didn't like the food since I left most of it on the plate. What do you think? Of course I didn't like the food. It wasn't why I came back here. Had the baby calamari too and that didn't taste as great as it did 7 months ago.

Never again. Found a great Italian restaurant first night in Austria with the most amazing lasagna. When I return to Germany, I'll find a new place to visit.

I chose this place randomly but now I felt like I should let others know about their great food.

One of the best options in cologne, definitely.

I went there with my partner but I could imagine organising a meeting (during the week,) or take a group of my friends there.

The Food is Great, the Service is friendly but they get overwhelmed quite fast. Our first time it took 2,5h for 2 Entree and 4 main courses.
We tried Vetrina again because the food was really good and we got lucky but we saw one table leave after 15 min without having received the menu.
If you have the time and you want Italian food I would still recommend it but you should l not be on a schedule.
