Great gym! Clean, perfect location, good equipment, amazing group classes. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Especially big thanks to Lena Ashta who made my experience at Holmes Place exceptional with the full support in all my questions.
Would definitely recommend!

This is the first time i felt i have to be responsible and write a review about this club, so people can have an idea about the current situation there. I am a member since 2010, 12 years of different stages in this club, different feelings. When i joined things seemed correct ( although there was always a problem of communication out reach ). The Saunas were cleaned every half an hour, aroma fragrance everywhere, the management was checking every now and then for any inappropriate behavior...cleaning team divided into 2 persons: 1 for the men area and another one for the ladies area as well. All departments were cleaned on a regular basis. The training facilities were top, and updated very often.Courses as well. Trainers top level, mature with characters.
Now, things have changed dramatically, and this is the saddest part of it !!. Now The saunas are disgusting and extremely unsanitary. The large pool nearly half of the year is out of order, and if not, it is often full. In addition, only one large towel and one small towel are given out, which is absolutely not enough for training, sauna and showers. This detail was also the reason why I decided to join the club 12 years ago...

Good qualified trainers with characters left ( now you have very average young trainers who are never there to see or reach, or who does not seem to understand whats going on really ...). Some nice people from the management department left as well, the ones who could speak to you on a human level and put off their suit mask!!

The new staff at the reception does not feel responsible for anything and written complaints are not answered.

The toilets are becoming dirty and smell so strongly of urine. The cleaning service clean only 4 times a day ( you can read the cleaning agenda sheet right there in the toilet ) . The cleanliness is clearly and steadily decreasing.

Since 2 weeks now, only cold water, and no one seem to care. although its really cold outside now...

Too bad for my club, it is currently being driven against the wall by mismanagement unfortunately, and i´ ve lost hope for real, and that´s why i am writing this review today after 12 years of membership.

Nice staff, clean and well designed. The sauna is great as is the pool, check whether it's free beforehand though. You don't want to walk in only to discover the pool occupied for the third time because you forgot to check the schedule once again...

Expensive, and that would've been alright given that they provide modern facility, AC and pleasant atmosphere, however they close at 11 PM which makes it nearly impractical.

I think their target group is elderly and don't take into account that many nowadays would want a 24h gym at their reach.

Great place super location kind staff. The reason a give a 3 star is the shower water was cold lukewarm. It was not comfortable during this time of season..if that would be fixed I would give a 5 star

Cool place, you can find everything just in one place, gym, sauna, pool.. Super friendly personal and especially Loreena, who is always a best way to start the journey!

If I could marry a Gym, it would be the Holmes Place in Köln, Gürzenich.
Just PERFEKT.
Now, its time for you to hit the Gym too ???? ????
