Very nice spacious store located on a busy shopping street with a large selection of menswear all in available sizes. Not really many changing cabins available, therefore people lined up in queues, and only 6 pieces were allowed to try at one. Shopping bags were available around to put clothes in whilst shopping. Nice, attentive staff, good quality of clothes (I especially love the AIRism line which is perfect for active life or travelling) and reasonable prices makes this store a great place for shopping your basics. Paid by card. Visited in August 2022.

Our visit in this store was nice and the store is big with all of its floors. But we didn’t find what we came for, so the chino pants selection was poor maybe because of the season. Anyway it’s always a good shop to visit.

Nice store in Cologne with lots of products. Huge area for women and a decent one for men. Staff is very nice and friendly willing to help you anytime.

This brand has nice things and prices are ok. Staff is polite, competent and can communicate in English too.

Very rude stuff on the men's clothing floor. Not efficient in the Umkleidekabine and very customer unfriendly

Just opened several days in Köln. Well organized! Japanese products, Japanese style, Japanese price!

The exchange process is really unclear and complicated. No clear information about the return and not very clear that packaged cloths are not eligible for exchange or return. Though I still got the exchange but the whole process was very unpleasant. The staff was not very friendly.. not to recommend
