We stayed as a family with 2 small children (1+3 years) and so far we made only good experiences with Bu0026B hotels but this time: Horrible
1) We booked 2 rooms (for us and another family), at the check in we told them that the other family will check in later, they noted it and confirmed, when the family (also with two small children) arrived in the evening, they told them: Sorry the room is cancelled.... Seriously???
2) When I arrived later in the evening to see my wife/children in the room the access was denied at the room, the receptionist handed out 2 different new codes and tried to open our room, not possible, so I had to wake up my family in the night... (The code seemed to be changed as the receptionist tried to check-in the family (see 1)) at our room before...))
3) We asked for breakfast at the booking 3 month before arrival, the told us: "No problem, you can order breakfast upon arrival". At the check-in (3 p.m.) we were told: Sorry, the breakfast is fully booked, we have already 160 persons booked, there are no more capacities at the breakfast area. Seriously?
Tu sum up, avoid staying there, horrible service, expensive rate (160€ per room) without any service and the receptionist didn't take our complains seriously, he was rather amused about that...
