It was a business dinner with 6 people. The food was delicious and the waitress very willing and pleasant.
It was my third experience there and definitely not the last.

Very very bad service. They took 15 min to take the order for the drinks. 30 min for bringing it, and 1 of 4 was wrong....25 min waiting for ask for our order for our food. Seriously it took them almost an hour to bring us the food.

When they brought the food, my meat was not well cooked like I ordered. I just ate the vegetables and potatoes. I didn't want to wait another hour to get my food. At that moment I was pacient, but after that I was really mad at them. It is not good and nice to have this TERRIBLE SERVICE.

10 min to be able to order the bill and other 10 min to finally be able to get the bill.

We arrived at 1:20 pm and leave at 4:15 pm.

So if you don't have time do not come. If you are very hungry don't come. If you want to have a good service... Go to another place.

Absolutely awful experience. we were 4 males and booked a table for a Saturday evening meal. when we arrived we were placed at a quite squashed booth. within seconds i was melting from the hot air blasting from a blower under the seat on to the back of my legs. we asked to be moved and after around 20 minutes of waiting we were offered another table. we then waited at least 10 minutes to even place a drink order. again another long wait to order our meals which then took around 20 minutes to deliver. the other 3 diners food was ok but i had a rib eye which i requested medium to well cooked. when it arrived i cut the outside bits off and ate but then cut into it and it was absolutely raw inside and stone cold. the amount of fatty tissue was unbelievable. in all honesty there was more fat than edible meat. i called the waitress over and showed her. she was reluctant to do anything even though agreeing it didn't look good. i stated i do not want it and can she take back and show the chef. after a few minutes she came back and asked if i would like another. by this time the others had finished their meal and i was not in the mood to try again. In all fairness, i was not charged for the meal but i would have refused anyway. its a shame as we were looking forward to a nice meal. it was a terrible experience and i certainly would not use this place again or recommend. I booked this place as we had eaten at another restaurant which is part of the chain when we stayed in Wetzlar. I'm back in Bremen this weekend but will do my homework and check reviews this time before booking

Steaks and hamburgers are quite nice, good price-quality ratio. However, the interior is very neutral and does not show in any form or way that you are in a steakhouse. This is a bit of shame as the atmosphere suffers from it. A very large plus was the waitress, a small, bit bent lady with a great sense of humor and professional skills.

Despite a bit dated interior, the food and service are great. Haven't had a juicy chicken breast for a long time as I had there. Very recommended

The place and the service was great! My steak, my fault... was bloody but i did not liked it. I have another imagine from that. No poblem. Thank You!

Great food. Reasonable prices. The service staff could be more present.
