Nice restaurant and caffe, good breakfast buffet for those who like buffets. I had lunch there also which was nice including really big portions just too much salty for me. Prices are better than most other nearby restaurants.

We came across this lovely place on a Sunday, or rather it happened to us… ????
we were just walking around and exploring Bremen, but the smell of fresh bakery products we picked up as we passed by… ????????????
We sat down without saying no when we saw an employee who came right away and the croissants we saw which went to someone else's table. they had a small breakfast style option on their menu. It comes with two croissants, butter, marmalade and coffee. ????
the prices are quite affordable… I have nothing to say to the location of the place and its beautiful view. the staff (at least the ones we came across) spoke English and helped us a lot. Definitely a place to go again! ????

we only had fries and drinks. i had a peach raspberry drink or so. fries were great, drinks were good too. would recommend!

Had lunch with friends here. Enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service.
Really nice views with good quality food and taste.
They also have lunch set menus which are value for money. Did not try that, but we are planning to go back soon to try out more!
Service is good too.

I am often a guest at the Alex bars in Hamburg, but unfortunately I do not recommend this location in Bremen.
Wonderful location, but unfortunately unkind waitress. I was there for the first time this month. We were served by a waiter who was great. But after we paid the bill, the young waitress's relationship with blonde hair tangled in ponytails was so insolent towards me that even the guests at the next table turned to the waitress. The reason was that I fed the pigeons, which was forbidden there. We all make mistakes, for which I apologise. But I do not wish any guest to hear the way the waitress expressed herself. When I was putting the food for birds in my backpack, I took out a bottle of water to make room for the food. In the same way as for feeding the birds, this time the waitress told me that I could not drink from the bottle of water that was not bought from them. I did not even have time to drink from the water.
Disappointed!

First day of my trip in Bremen 17.08.2018
Alex was the first place to visit, we ordered Caesar Salad it was good. if the dressing was more it would be perfectooo, but anyways I liked the toast with garlic u0026 parsley and the chicken breast was also delicious yummm.
The staff were so kind :)
I liked the place because it is in the center and you can enjoy watching around and it would be much more unforgettable when you sit with your soulmate :)

Fantastic service and very good food

I need to edity review , in last few weeks something has been changed, the service is still ok, but it depends on the person who serves you. Today we wanted to enjoy a peaceful breakfas. Apart from the breakfast we wanted to get some Pancakes for our kid, but that was not possible and we had had other a whole breakfast menu just in order to get two small pancakes ...

Also the quality of coffee is really bad :( ... The espresso taste like a plain coffee.

While paying €100 for 4 person for breakfast and lunch, at the end of the day we are being kicked out of the toilets and not allowed to use it ... Com on!!!!
