I only deduct one star because the very friendly and "chilled" staff can sometimes help me a little too little. Questions about certain sizes or models are often first looked at on the computer, then a certain model may only be in the other shop (in a quarter) or another colleague will be sent out if it is in stock. Appears, if charming and real, sometimes a little haphazard. The children's corner looks a bit bleak, perhaps due to the lockdown (?). Our child preferred to play with the shoes than it took us a little longer. It is of course not a must to offer such a "corner", but it makes shopping more relaxed when the little ones have something to do.

It is a shame for us that the location in the new town was given up. Nevertheless, we actually only buy fair clothing here. I would say the first address. And of course only recommendable despite my little criticism! (I admit that I rarely give 5 *)

Before the lockdown, this was the only shop I visited that consistently counted visitors and also asked them to wait outside the door. Unfortunately, the distances between customers and staff were not kept from time to time, which is understandable given the limited space.

Sehr guter Laden für fair gehandelt Kleidung. Bietet einiges an Auswahl, natürlich vor allem von den großen Bekannten auf diesem Gebiet (z.B. Armes Angels, Veja etc.). Hin und wieder kann man auch ein paar in Bremen designte Shirts ergattern. Ein paar Accessoires werden auch angeboten (Rucksäcke, Portemonnaies) auch wenn ich mir hier eine größere Auswahl wünschen würde.
Ich ziehe nur einen Stern ab weil mir das sehr freundliche und "gechillte" Personal dann manchmal doch etwas zu wenig helfen kann. Bei Fragen nach bestimmten Größen oder Modellen wird häufig erst einmal am Computer geschaut, dann liegt ein bestimmtes Modell eventuell nur im anderen Laden (in Viertel) oder es wird eine andere KollegIn losgeschickt falls es doch in Lager liegt. Wirkt, wenn auch charmant und echt, manchmal ein wenig planlos. Die Kinderecke wirkt, vielleicht auch bedingt durch den Lockdown (?) etwas sehr trostlos. Unser Kind hat lieber mit den Schuhen gespielt als wir etwas länger brauchten. Ist natürlich auch kein Muss eine solche "Ecke" zu bieten, aber macht den Einkauf entspannter wenn auch die Kleinen etwas zu tun haben.

Es ist für uns etwas schade dass der Standort in der Neustadt aufgegeben wurde. Dennoch kaufen wir faire Kleidung eigentlich ausschließlich nur hier ein. Erste Adresse würde ich behaupten. Und natürlich trotz meiner kleinen Kritik nur empfehlenswert! (5* vergebe ich zugegebenermaßen auch selten)

Vor dem Lockdown war dies der einzige Laden, den ich besucht habe, der Besucher konsequent gezählt und auch zum Warten vor der Tür aufgefordert hat. Leider wurden hin und wieder die Abstände unter den Kunden aber auch bei Personal nicht eingehalten, was aber bei begrenzter Fläche auch verständlich ist.
