Hotel Savoy

The hotel staff entered the room and took out as well as wasted the drinks, this was a bad surprise after come back to the hotel. The staff at reception was aggressive and suggested to make the check-out, if somebody is not happy with hotel service. If course I checked out and would like to warn to be careful with this hotel.

It's a decent hotel in the middle of bonn right next to the Kennedybridge. Rooms are clean, breakfast is awesome and service is good. I did miss a little fridge in the room and our room was quite narrow so our bed weren't together but it did have a very big balcony. Also if you stay in a room on the street side you might smell the shisha bars that are there. WiFi is freely available but not very fast, would visit this hotel again.

My room was spacious and well kept. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and sufficient. Staff are welcoming and friendly

Hotel is very well located. Rooms were a bit old and stingy. Breakfast was good. Overall can recommend for short stays.

Don't come to this place. The owner and doorman were extremely disrespectful. They entered my room without my authorization. I tried to speak with the owner, but I was told she was too busy shopping. So please, do the humanity a favor and don't come here.

My bed was comfortable, clean rooms.
Sound isolation is very bad

Nice rooms. 5 min walk of city centre. Breakfast was good
