They should have dropped the 'Motel' name. This is a clean and stylish value hotel that's getting everything right. Good service in the stylish bar and (i hear from my guests that were staying there) the rooms are clean and nice. (Not huge rooms, no unexpected extras, just clean and comfortable.)

1. NO warm Breakfast , No toaster for Breads: NO egg scrambled or fried, NO sausages or bacon just the quality of coffee is good. Probably not again!
2. NO drink water?! You should buy some water from outside, there was just one day some water at reception but other days not

Actually normally the stay is really good, but this time they put a poor guy in the night-shift, that had his 4th shift and was completely alone. Somehow he never had the situation that several rooms were booked over one credit card, what ended up in a 40min checkin process at 1 in the night. Where we needed to pay stuff privately - as they could not say that they mixed up the ordering process and need to take care the days after that things get fixed...

The hotel is in the city's heart. Central station is just 4-5 mins from Tram/Bus. The city centre is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The rooms are immaculate and well managed. Breakfast is very regular, but it needs to improve. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

A beautiful setting inside. I loved the colour scheme. We only stayed one night but I developed a horrible allergic reaction. I know that it was the room as I had a nap after our long travel to get to Bonn. I fell asleep on all 3 pillows (incl the turquoise one) and when I awoke, my eyelids felt heavy and when I looked in the mirror, they were swollen. Rushed off to the pharmacy to get antihistamine. It helped tp reduce the swelling. In the early hours in the morning, I awoke to find my eyelids in a worse state, my cheekbones were swollen and my chest was red. I think it could be the curtains and headboard that triggered off my allergic reaction. We spoke to the man when we check-out and all he said was that it was strange as their items are "hypoallergenic". Not sure how often curtains and headboards are cleaned as the fabric used is very different to cotton etc.

It's clean, comfortable and in a great location.
But in the last 2 days of my reservation the internet connection was down exactly when I needed the most.

I had a bad experience with the receptionist. She was rude, i was told i had a late checkout at 3pm, so i went out for a walk. Only to come back and my bag had been packed out of the room and i had been locked out! The receptionist showed no sense of remorse and was rude!
