While they could not help me based on a shortage of mechanics and too many orders, the guy who looked at my bike was nice and funny. Compared to another store, he gave me some options. I would try again ????

I just wanted to leave Velocity Bonn a positive note since they were so helpful to me today despite being very busy. They did a small repair on my bike free of charge on the spot even though they couldn't take in any more bikes at this time. They also wrote down where I could get the broken part for my bike and told me the approximate cost. I really appreciated the great customer service. I would highly recommend this place and will come back.

I ordered a wheel for a bike. They promised to give it to me in less than a week. After two weeks they realised that they didn’t work on it when I presented myself to the shop. They promised to then deliver it in another week. A week later I didn’t hear anything about it. They just simply said “sorry, we don’t know what happened. Go somewhere else”. It was a month wasted and they didn’t even tried to make up for it in any way.

I was really happy with VeloCity customer service. They fixed my bike very quickly and the staff spoke English which for me is a big help since I don`t speak German.

Stopped here on a cycle tour for a replacement tyre. Very good service, and good stock so we got just the right item. Also had good selection of bikes and equipment.
