The decorations are beautiful and the waiting staff took care of us well. The foos tasted wonderful. We just didn't expect the Peking duck to be fried but roasted instead. It was delicious regardless.

Ordered and enjoyed Frog legs yesterday. Both me u0026 the friend who tried the sauce from me had an upset stomach today.
Both messed up the next morning can’t be a Co-incidence. :-(

UPDATE: I understand from the answer to the review that it’s possible our bodies aren’t used to the exotic food and that made us sick. Changing the review to 4 since it tasted amazing on the place.

Super authentic and seriously delicious Chinese food. Everything we ordered was amazing and looked exactly like the beautiful menu pictures, so you know it’s the real deal.

Went back again and again :)
It's strategically located in the city center. Food was yummilicious, can be really spicy if u asked for it! Ho ho ho ????
Friendly waiters and waitresses, sometimes a bit slow but what the heck, its meal time for everyone, so we're all good.

Definitely one of the few authentic Chinese restaurants in Bonn. Much of the menu is Sichuan style, but there are items for those too who want something less spicy. The pork belly with preserved vegetables (Haka style) was excellent. The fish stew with green Sichuan peppercorns and chillies was great too -- the fish (tilapia?) tasted fresh, the soup was fragrant and the very spicy as it should be! If you can take the heat, I highly recommend it. I will be back to try more...

I enjoyed my lunch at Kolaila. They only serve buffet, lunch and dinner. The food was really good, quite a wide variety of things. The serving was fast and nice. I will return at Kolaila. Maybe next time for dinner, as they serve even more types of food.
