A small but cosy hotel. Located very central, main tourist attractions are easily reachable on foot. Breakfast menu isn't huge, but fresh and tasty. Hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Considering high Bonn prices this hotel is a good choise for budget travelers.

I didn't stay here, but tried to make a booking as part of a number of rooms reserved for a conference I'm attending. There were two price categories and I asked for the less expensive one. However, they booked the more expensive category for me and sent me the confirmation without further comment via email. I then asked them to correct the reservation and haven't heard back in several days. So, yeah, next time I'd prefer reasonably polite emails and generally any reaction at all.

I was not heaving a reservation at this hotel but at other one with same name. Unfortunately I found this out at arrival. Giving 5 stars because they were very kind helping me finding out what was going on. Also they change me some money so I could buy a new ticket for tram, and they show me the right direction. :) Appritiate it.

Clean, and close to many attractions in Bonn. Great staff, basic breakfast. The is busses and tram station few steps from the hotel

Clean small hotel with a good complementary breakfast next to a major hub of public transport. Rooms are not large but right in a modern style.
