Es ist schon merkwürdig dass ich seit Jahren in die Notfall Ambulanz der Kinderklinik mit meinem Sohn gehe bzw fahre und mich außer über Wartezeiten( die üblich sind )nicht beschweren kann .

Die medizinische Versorgung war jedesmal sehr gut! Alle Ärztinnen und Ärzte waren sehr geduldig, gründlich und freundlich. Ebenso das Pflegepersonal auf der Station.
Die Pflegerinnen in der Notaufnahme jedoch waren unverschämt und desinteressiert.
Beim letzten Besuch ging es vor allem darum, dass ich den Rettungswagen ja als Taxi benutzt hätte - und auch ein normales Taxi hätte rufen können. Warum ich da war (Pseudokruppanfall über zwei Stunden , Notfallzäpfchen wirkte bis dahin nicht) wurde gar nicht erfragt! Im Gegenteil - ich wurde noch darüber informiert, dass alle Taxis ja Kindersitze mit hätten und ich darauf hätte zurückgreifen müssen. Was im Übrigen nicht stimmt. Taxis haben nur Sitzerhöhungen.
Wirklich wichtig in so einer Aufnahmesituation... Nicht! Offensichtlich ging es meiner Tochter nicht schlecht genug.

Wir waren stationär auf der Pädiatrie 3 und haben uns sehr gut umsorgt gefühlt. Regelmäßig kam jemand und hat nach dem Wohlbefinden gefragt oder ob wir noch etwas brauchen! (Durften das Zimmer nicht verlassen). Die Schwestern waren alle sehr nett und einfühlsam, auch die Ärztin war sehr lieb und hat mit mir ausführlich die Befunde besprochen. Bis auf das Essen ;) war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Trotzdem hoffe ich das wir uns so schnell nicht mehr wieder sehen! :D
