Leaving here 10 days (as UKR refuges) my family is expressed to this hotel service u0026 very appreciate to staff: fm reception till all waiters (especially big thanks to Kiril u0026 Sardar).
We can not feel ourselves here as refuges - it’s look likes as a tourist rest in family place.
Be always so cool hotel as now!

We lived with family because of the war in Ukraine. Everything is at the highest level. Thanks to the management and staff. You are wonderful and kind people.

Very nice Hotel! Friendly, helpful staff that are concerned with making your stay enjoyable. Really tasty, varied and plentiful breakfast (they even refill 10 min before the end of breakfast time)
Only 50 metres from Starlight Express. 100m from the convention centre and Stadium.

Meeting room and lunch (fingerfood) is really nice. You may prefer for meetings.

Be careful if you stay here I had items of jewellery stolen from my room. They were not left out, my belongings were gone through.
I don't know what is worse the loss or the thought of someone having gone though my belongings.
The loss was reported once I arrived home and realised they had been stolen and that I hadn't just left them at home as I thought at the time. The hotel won't do anything because they say I didn't report it at the time.
I guess this means they aren't even investigating so please please be careful I won't want this to happen to anyone else.

I have stayed in this hotel many times over past 3 years as my son is in Starlight express, my experience has been consistent, warm friendly multi lingual staff, lovely rooms, relaxing and lots of options in restaurant would definitely recommend.
