Could be that it was a busy day... BUT... : NO WAY for a 5star spa that it's sooo loud at the poolside for hours. And I used my headphones most of the time!!!
Ok, threadmills have a huge tv programm you can choose. Also, there are two nice sunbeds.
But, in total, the place needs better maintenance: lemonwater mostly empty in the sauna, full waste baskets with plastic in the sauna and paper in the changing rooms
Do you need more staff?!?

Fitness area very small, not usable as one's main fitness place. one sauna room, no infusions.
